If ordering online for locals 

pick up from our Warehouse Monday to Thursday between 9am - 4pm

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Freight charges apply. 

RETURN POLICY

When ordering online you may return unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a refund or credit.  If you receive an incorrect or defective item and the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. 

Items must be returned to Po Box 679 Yeppoon 4703 and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Please contact us prior so we can note and organise the return.

PAYMENT METHOD

On line Payment is required at time of ordering which includes freight. Pick ups from the warehouse are also paid on pickup - cash and credit cards welcome.  Account set ups can be organised to approved customers.
